Pamela Richardson

Pamela Richardson is an innovative visionary leader with a deep understanding of practical business and technology solutions. She effectively marshals and leverages the skills of high-caliber industry experts to reliably deliver practical cost effective multi-vendor systems. She maintains extensive business relationships with many of the leading companies in computer networking, telecommunications, energy, and physical as well as cyber security.

Prior to founding Koenig Technologies, she held a series of progressively higher business leadership positions with EDS, MCI/WorldCom, and Nortel. As a Vice President of Nortel, she launched leading product and service offerings such as Nortel's WiMax protfolio, and created and led the Nortel Solutions Center. She transformed Nortel into a leading technology solutions provider in large multi-vendor projects. Under her leadership, product and service offerings from companies such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, L3 Communications, Hewlett Packard, Juniper, IBM, and Computer Science Corporation were amalgamated with Nortel products and services to produce genuinely advantageous solutions to meet the needs of Nortel enterprise and government customers.

In addition to her accomplishments at Nortel, she served on a panel of thirteen subject matter experts for the US Department of Homeland Security SAFECOM Program charged with creating the "cyber shield" for US domestic satellite and fiber telecommunication networks as well as policy coordination of various technologies to improve law enforcement and anti-terrorist capabilities nationwide.

Ms. Richardson holds several US patents related to video surveillance and energy management. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in Computer Sciences and Civil Engineering from California State University; as well as numerous up-to-date certifications in data, voice, and video network telecommunications systems; and several Master Security Certifications.
